Podcasts FAQs

How do I publish my podcast episode? 1. Add the finished audio asset to your "Full" media experience 2. Wait for that audio to upload and encode 3. Review audio, approve as needed 4. Add any mid roll tags needed for the episode 5. Deliver the audio to the CDNs 6. Review and edit PEP (podcast episode presentation) as needed 7. Publish PEP - either scheduled or ASAP - with or without edits in Grove (links coming here TODO)

Where are my bonus drafts Bonus drafts are no longer needed. "Bonus" content can be created ad-hoc. Reach out to [TODO need slack channel confirmation] for support in creating an ad hoc draft

How do I tag the midroll ads in my episode Once the "Full" media experience is set, you can open the mid roll tagger and see the audio asset inside.
